Wintersportx.com understands there is no substitute for "touching and feeling" a product. We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on. WINTERSPORTX.COM WILL ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.

Wintersportx.com utilizes state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our orders are processed through Wells Fargo Mercant services which guarantee 100% security.

Please keep in mind that for your protection we do not store credit card numbers in our database. Once the transaction is complete, we have no way of accessing your credit card number. Additionally, if you are shipping an order to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed for verification.

WinterSportX.com uses United Parcel Service to ship all of its products quickly and securely. You can find the current shipping charge estimates for U.S. orders below. Please note that we may ship large orders in separate boxes, especially if the order includes oversized items (such as snowboards), and that the shipping price may vary accordingly. To find out what the actual shipping rate is for a particular order, simply place all desired items in your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button, modify item quantities as desired and click 'Check Out' (You may go back and change your order at any time until you click the 'Place Order' button).
